For over 10 years I have been welcoming those of you wanting to share my passion for this fabulous natural sea space and the extraordinary profession of oyster farming.  In the authentic setting of a traditional clapperboard shack I tell the tales of men and women who for so many years have laboured between land and sea to shape the special "sea gardens" where the oysters are born and bred, step by step I reveal the secrets of this, often, unfamiliar shell.

On the shore of a timeless beach, in a seemingly far away world, I organize the tasting of the fruits of my labours.

Whatever the light of day passer-bys stop, to listen, to explore, to admire, to taste some oysters or to relax on the sea front setting off feeling happy and full of new energy.
